ReplyAI is a Chrome extension that helps users write emails and messages using AI. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What We Collect
Email address: When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address to create your account and track your usage limits (5 free or 100 Pro generations per day).
Text you submit: When you click Generate, the text you typed or pasted is sent to our server which forwards it to OpenAI for AI processing. We do not store your submitted text. It is processed in real time and discarded.
Usage data: We track how many generations you use per day to enforce daily limits. This count is stored in our database linked to your account.
What We Do NOT Collect
We do not read your emails or messages on any website.
We do not access your browser history.
We do not track which websites you visit.
We do not collect your contacts, files, or any other Google account data.
We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.
How Your Data Is Processed
Your text goes from the extension to our backend server hosted on Supabase (a secure cloud platform). Our server sends it to OpenAI for AI generation. The AI response comes back to you. No text is saved on our servers after the response is returned.

Data Storage
Your email and usage count are stored in a Supabase database. Your preferences (language, tone) are stored locally on your device using Chrome storage. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party for advertising or marketing.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time by signing out of the extension and emailing us at aevonsystems@gmail.com requesting data deletion. We will remove all your data from our database within 7 days.
Pro Subscription
If you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details, UPI ID, or bank information. Razorpay handles all payment data.
Children
ReplyAI is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
